You can use our website to order takeaway food or get information on our restaurant and contact us to book a table.
Online Takeaway Orders
By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Ordering
Orders may be placed through our website at any time, however we will not confirm our acceptance of the order until the restaurant is open (please see the opening hours detailed at the bottom of this website). We will endeavour to process and prepare your order for pickup or delivery in accordance with your instructions in the order. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit the quantity of items purchased at any time.
1.1. Ordering Process
To place an order on our website:
- Select your items from the ‘Order Takeaway’ page on the website to add them to your Order basket.
- Once you have selected the items visit ‘view order’, check the details of your order and select your delivery method.
- We offer delivery within a 3 miles driving distance of our Restaurant in Glossop, alternatively you can pickup the order from us.
- Select the date and time you want your food delivered.
- Proceed to the payment page and enter your payment details.
- Submit your order.
- You will receive an email from us confirming your order has been received on our system. Please note this initially email does not mean we have accepted the order.
- Once we receive the order in our restaurant, we will confirm whether we can accept the order at the requested time, occassionally we may need to adjust the time slightly if we are particularly busy for example.
- You’ll receive a further email from confirming that we either accept the order, including details of the delivery time, or that we can’t accept the order and have cancelled it.
2. Payment
Payment for orders can be made using card payments via our payments provider or with ‘cash on delivery’. If you pay by card, we will initailly take an ‘authorisation’ on your card for the order amount, we won’t actually take the amount until we’ve confirmed we can accept the order. If we reject the order we will immediately cancel the authorisation so you won’t be charged. All orders must be paid for in full before your receive your order.
3. Allergens
Please note that our food may contain allergens, if anyone ordering from us has any food allergies please let us know during the order process. There is a text box on the checkout page that can be used for this purpose. Please also phone us to make sure we’ve fully understood any food allergies we should be aware of.
4. Special Instructions
You can provide any special instructions during the order process. We will endeavour to meet your instructions where practical.
5. Delivery Service
We offer delivery services within 3 miles driving distance of our restaurant on Buxton Road in Stockport, for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held resposnble for traffic and other issues beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery but we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to processing by contacting us on 0161 480 6361. Once we’ve started to prepare an order, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as in the event of an incorrect or incomplete order, at our sole discretion.
7. Liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on our website, including descriptions, prices, and availability of items. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the ordering of food through this website.
8. Intellectual Property
The content and design of our website, including images, graphics, logos, and text, are the property of our company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any use of our website or its content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
